I was permanently banned because my coms were "extremely inflammatory and offensive" based on a peer review, yes what I was saying was by no means wholesome but I really don't think it would be classed as "extremely inflammatory and offensive". I really think the way banning works needs to be changed I don't think I said anything extremely offensive. I'm sure if everyone who called someone else a noob got banned there would be a lot less players, I think that coming off a punishment players should be able to gain access to the honor system sooner and get rewards for positive behaviour, so that they can build up some progress so they will have something to lose by being dishonourable.

I believe players that say actual extremely offensive stuff such as things relating to other team mates family members or anything racist/sectarian should have harsher mutes. I personally don't think a permanent account ban should be given to any player for solely for their ingame communication, I think they should have permanent chat bans. Currently if someone gets banned they nearly always make a new account and level it up where they can still be as toxic as they like as they are on a clean slate. If this person was permanently chat banned they would be far less likely to create a new account just so they could type. They would have incentives to stay on their chat restricted account(skins, progress etc). I really don't think this whole crackdown on toxic behaviour has been working very well.

What you did was inflammatory, because you intended to anger the players you were typing to. You provoked the player and tried to purposely ruin the player's game. Inflammatory is defined as to purposely provoke and upset the player. Which you did and got punished for.

As for your ban, this means that you've been extremely toxic in more than the majority of your all recent games and used up all your penalties. This crackdown on toxicity is actually great. This way, Riot can show that you're not invulnerable behind your screen and your words do have consequences. Just because you lack empathy doesn't mean the community or the company has to tolerate it.

Nothing needs to be changed except for your and every other toxic player's attitude.

So what I did was extremely inflammatory AND offensive, becuase that's what it says I was banned for. No I did not purposely try to ruin a players game or provoke a player, you don't know the context of any of these logs, but you are assuming it to make your point.

I lack empathy? Ah yes I should empathise more with the people flaming me.

And no I wasn't toxic in the majority of my recent games since my last punishment I rarely said anything and got honored multiple times.

You haven't made a single good argument against the changes I suggested.

Your FIRST BIT screenshot calling the player "Noob. Noob Jungle" was inflammatory, and you didn't do that out of the kindness of your heart, hoping he'll appreciate the insult you've given him. We know for damn sure you said so much more into the game. You said that out of complete spite, knowing that insulting him would provoke him. So stop playing innocent and delete your evidence if you want to deny them without people stating the fact.

Yes, you do lack empathy, and no you should MUTE the people flaming you. There's no excuse not to.

And yes, you've been reported in the majority of your recent games because you went through all four of your penalties. Your honor is irrelevant and doesn't mean anything when it comes to your punishments. We all see right through you. Show your chatlog if you have something to prove otherwise. Till then you deserve it.

As for your argument, there's nothing to debate about because there's nothing to be changed nor anything you suggested is anything we would want. Toxic players hate the system because they're learning they can't just say and do what they want. So they want to change that. But the majority of the community and people like myself, we want to keep the system the way it is and make it stricter. We want toxic players GONE or changed. No in between.

Again no context from the other players flaming me. You act like humans cant and should never get annoyed which is just insane. Also my point was not that I was saying anything good it was that it was clearly NOT "extremely inflammatory and offensive".

I was definitely not reported in the majority of my recent games. I don't know where you are getting this from.

I'm done conversing with you. You made no attempt at being reasonable or making a single argument against what I was suggesting instead you brushed it off with " I don't think it needs changed everyone else agrees" I know now why people use reddit instead of the boards because there is less shills that outright deny any problems with riots game, like you.

Because this case isn't about other players toxicity, it's about you and what you did to ruin other peoples game. Riot is against toleration because it's toxic and negative. Which is against the ToU which you continue to neglect. And I've never once said that shouldn't be annoyed with other players. That's normal and an easy problem to solve. MUTE THEM. Don't be part of the problem and be toxic back. Instead, you chose to flame back. Two wrongs don't make right. Due to your ignorance to the ToU, you disregard that entirely.

But just because you're annoyed by other players doesn't give you the rights to go against the policy of this game that you agreed to and be toxic. Now stop pointing fingers at other players for your lack of self-control. Grow up and take responsibility for your actions and learn to NOT BE TOXIC and STOP BEING INFLAMMATORY to your team because you were regardless of what you believe you are punished due to the obvious FACT (which you screenshot) you were being inflammatory. This game isn't about your standards, it's about you being mature enough to live to the standards of the rules this game implies in the Term of Use. As for your recent penalties, it's obvious because I know everything about the system and so does everyone else who comes to the board and reads up on the Terms of Use. I know how it works and how you used those penalties.

And good, because everything else you had to say after that is irrelevant nor do I care about replying to it. I too no longer want to converse with you any further due to your attitude and ignorance.

Well, it looks as though you had a 14 day temp ban prior to this based on your game history.

Consistently played several games per day until 4/6/18 Break for 14 days of 0 games Picks up on consistently playing several games on 4/20/18

If you read your 14 day temp ban reform card, it says that your NEXT infraction will be elevated to a permanent ban.

This is your next infraction and thus it's a permaban.
