Toxicity.

Soooo everybody knows that Leagues community is, in all probability, the worst. I wish I could find my excel sheet I had going, proving that in my experience, the vast majority of my games contained flamers, or people of general toxicity. Anyways, I was wondering if there was a way to permanently disable chat? I know you can turn all chat off, but I cant find a way to turn off communication with my team. Nothing besides manually muting everyone once i enter game.

Problem with that is I sometimes forget, or miss a person. Next thing I know, my chat is getting flooded with fun-killing, flaming, go KYS stuff that I just dont want to see anymore. Was wondering if someone knew anything about this and how I might implement this change for myself.

Thanks in advance!

/mute all or resize the chat window to insanely small and drag it off screen

I don't agree with anyone when they make such a bold claim as you did League is the "worst" community I disagree based on the grounds of lack of evidence We can all bring our personal stories to argue a point that we're right but that is meaningless as I didn't experience your events nor you mine.

Data is needed, lots of data is needed In fact to even begin to do a reasonable analysis no less than 100 users input should be considered In addition it would require more than just the basic event chain. You'd need a metric to prove anything Survey the 100 random users that are spaced proportionally throughout the rankings Get them to record 100 games and do 100 surveys about those games

My bet is out of those 10000 games less than 1000 would be considered toxic sure thats higher than riots statement, but since we're not using a larger sample size I feel 10% is a fair guess

let me know if you want to really do that survey to prove your point
