Is this worth a 14-day Ban?

Support trolled me all game, this is all I said, and I receive a 14-day ban. Apart from the cussing in chat, calling him a goof seems a little soft to be deserving of a ban. With such tools as muting players introduced to the game, what you can be banned for saying in the chat seems to be very sensitive. Keep in mind this person trolled me all game. I don't think what I said was that bad considering the circumstance, certainly NOT fitting of an account suspension. I think the criteria for these types of bans needs to reevaluated as it seems to be quite ludicrous to me. Of course people will find toxicity in what I said but really, I don't think someone can be so mentally weak that it really affects them enough to have to report it, much less for me to be punished for it.
