Suspended But no email?

I got banned recently after just logging off for 3 hrs and when i went to log back in i rec ivied a notification in game that i was perma banned and check the email associated with my account and i did! I did not see a email from riot it has now been 4 days with no res pounce from riot any ideas on why i didn't get a email?? I mean i did not do anything wrong from my knowlege i dont use third party hacks or anything!

Send in a ticket.

Make sure your looking at correct e-mail addy and look in the spam folder. gl

Check the spam folder, then send a support ticket.

I have checked both spam and junk and i see nothing ticket has been submited but no reply for about 5 days allready Its kind of making me mad
