Getting Trolled Questions - What to do?

So I was just in a game and we decided that i would be adc and this other guy would be SUPPORT Thresh. We get to lane and he just starts auto attacking all of the minions and ended up getting the first 10 and CS is a big deal to me so I pinged him off and said in chat please do not kill my CS and he just didnt say anything so i asked again and he continued to kill cs. He then said that he is trolling me because i beat him last game and then only said "lel" the rest of the game. I went mid as an adc cause I'm not gonna let this thresh walk all over me. Thresh ends up convincing the enemy team that im toxic and had a group consensus to report me.

What am i supposed to do and how do i report this person correctly. I will probably get an account ban as i have previously had a chat restriction on the account. This person got an S and reported me for toxic.Why is it that i have to deal with this player and getting reportedand most likely banned for it? I just dont get why the person egging me on and being toxic gets no ban just because the enemy team and some teammatse are reporting me for standing up for myself.

Keep in mind i never stopped playing and finished with a decent score.

He was your support in both games, not on the enemy team

0 CS support is not a rule. There is no rule against CSing as support. Plus, you got punished for your actions. His are irrelevant.

I just got banned on my account because of this. WHY DID I GET BANNED AND NOT THE THRESH THAT IS TROLLING ME. I just lot season rewards and everything because of this thresh.

Is the tribunal system really this bad? seriously riot?

It's hard to last hit with the relic shield on Thresh. A lot of players who suck at it also don't wait for the passive to be up, making it even harder.

When you called him out for that, he got mad cause he was already tilted about missing his relic shield, then he just decided to troll you by taking CS.

i would love to know who is "WE", when it came to champ select. Sounds like this thresh was not part of the discussion.
