@Riot Lyte, looking for some closure (perma banned without reasonable cause?)

I'll keep this short and sweet. My account was perma-banned, however in the chat logs provided to me I am only given logs for a single match (not two, not three), and the worst thing said in the one game was calling my team silver. I'm not denying I was toxic, or have been toxic on the account in the past, however when I sent a support ticket I was given what looked like a generic automated response.

I'd just like a little closure. Am I to believe I was banned off a single game? If not, why wasn't I given more than just "Here's game 1!" as a reference point?
