nword - no "action has been taken" prompt in days?

I have earned the occasional chat ban. But this is inexcusable. I reported this guy days ago. When you report someone for hate speech I thought the automatic chat filter thing would take care of it. Apparently not. How long does it take?

His account shows that he has played every day for the past few weeks, but in the past 4 days he hasn't played a single game. That exact game was played 4 days ago so I think it's safe to say he's banned. Do your research about something before you post it here. Thanks.

What do you mean? How do you know he hasnt gotten punished? Are you just going by the instant feedback that isnt designed to tell you a specific player has been banned? If so, that thing is only sent to remind you OCCASIONALLY that your reports do get looked at. And now Im realizing the title of your post is referring to that instant feedback. Glad to inform you of its actual purpose. Riot doesn't share the status of specific players' accounts, thats kind of a private thing between them and isnt your business.

The system won't confirm every single time to prevent witch hunts.

Hey there,

I've edited the image out of your post as it shows the name of the player in question which is a violation of the rules regarding Name & Shame. Since your question regarding how the punishment system works regarding zero tolerance phrases is valid, I've left your thread up so that you can continue to receive help with this question from the community.

the ban for the n er word is instant, within 5 minutes, that is the only word that triggers the instant 2 week ban
