When i paly with ranger vs temo i atck him his health dont go low in lvl 2 3 i think,when i was on taht lvl.Vs acdc enemy palyer i use ult he see me where i am and use his ult and kill me i want you game to ban themm i think tehy use some cheats ...watch last game of mine vs temo and acdc jerkk...

The likelihood of you actually running into a player using some sort of cheat that modifies incoming damage is incredibly small. The Teemo also died several times and took 30.3k damage, which doesn't seem particularly suspicious. If I had to guess, I'd say your lack of damage was more based on possibly being blinded while attacking him (which makes Rengar's Q not land, if I recall correctly).
