Hey guys, i would like to ask you if its possible to take your account back as long as it is permanently banned!?

If an account is permanently banned for toxicity (in chat or gameplay), and the ban is based on actual behavior (i.e. it's a valid ban), Riot will not unban the account ever. Valid permanent bans for toxicity are not removed.
Other bans may be removed given the circumstances, example being if you're banned because you charged back a RP purchase once you resolve that they will unban.
Ok, thanks a lot guys. I got the same opinion of yours, its rly unfair especially if you have payed a lot of money on an account, anyways hope smth happens and they turn this rule down!
