First, i'm a newb and i just bought a champion that i wanted to try out. joined and asked where i should be (top,mid, bot) as a newb champ. played the game and within match history said 'sorry i couldnt do more'. why did i get flagged??
You can get reported by anyone and it'll give you a warning. This warning will not lead to a punishment if it was unwarranted.
What dustman said, I just want to add that, because your account is so new, it is far more likely that a single report would trigger a warning. A warning is not a punishment. If you're confident you're being nice to people, then you can safely ignore the warning.
