Riot doesn't give a shit about the players.

Yea so I recently received a fucking message telling me I was banned from the game. I do not want you to undo your stupid decision (as always tbh, just look at how poorly you've been managing competitive play in the last 5 years). Since the decision came in only about 3 seconds after the game I'm PRETTY DAMN SURE no humans even bother looking at it and it's a godamn shame. Apparently defending yourself for being called the worse jungler in history 2 mins into the game (literally) IS ban worthy. I didn't tell him to freaking kill himself or anything like it. I literally only told him to stfu after 5 mins of non-stop toxicness from his part. Then he kept going and at about 30 mins I did tell him he had no clue what he was doing. The game ended. Boom banned. What should I've done ? Ignore him like a kid who covers his ears because he doesn't wanna ear bad jokes about him? Pretty much sums up the philosophical point of view of the whole west right now. Anyway, I HATE muting people since I'm always scared of missing important information I might have missed. In this game, someone flamed me since minute 2 for all game long and the other kept flaming me for taking kills. They both reported me. I get a penalty for it. I've been playing on this account for 5 years now and i've put probably more than 300$ in my account. I have 2 other accounts all with decent amount of games played on them but with that decision you can be SURE than I will NEVER play nor invest a single penny in your game. What saddens me the most is that no human even took the time to look at the chat and the game itself. Your system is fucked up and you fucking know it. With all my heart RIOT, go fuck yourself. Hopefully another company with a better MOBA will soon destroy your game, maybe then you'll start caring more about your players. Only thing I ask you now is to look at the game and judge by yourself...Not with a freaking machine who just sees 2 reports and goes all out with the ban.
