i was banned 2 weeks ago and it says that i will be unbanned july 22 at 16:55 which is 4:55 but it is now 5:00 pm and im still not unbanned please help.

That 16:55 is likely in Pacific time. If you are in another time zone, you'll be waiting a while longer.
