Player perceptions

Has anyone else noticed that almost regardless of what you say when in a losing position, someone on the enemy team seems to think you're mad? I told a guy he sounded cheeky at the end of the game. He told me I was toxic and he spent like 3 minutes telling me how furious I was because I got rekt I mean, we lost an ARAM. The whole point is nobody really cares that much... Do other players find this to be the case? I don't think pointing out truths is toxic, I wasn't picking a fight, but it seems like he was...
