smurf?

ok so there is a guy i played with and i know i should never of tried to talk to him but im dumb. he is seanjohn69 i just don't understand why ppl like him think the way they do. im pretty sure he is a smurf but he kept talking about how he was better then every one else and it got so frustrating so i completely regret ever talking to him but he got fed off of are bot lane which was 2 sups and he was acting like a god. this was all in after game chat btw. i get it dose not matter and all but really don't make smurfs to act like that. i was just wondering how meany ppl out there really do this and why dose it really make u feel that good to do that to ppl and do u ever feel bad for doing it? and pls dont comment on my bad grammar i know it sucks and u don't need to remind me.
