DJColdCutz1 votesIt's a little tiny bit redundant to both simultaneously ban someone and also additionally chat restrict them, since banning them prevents and blocks them from chatting in the game while playing. Just think and imagine what rito could do and accomplish if they didn't chat restrict players who were already banned! World Hunger? Starvation? Food Insecurity?
