Permanently Suspended for Hacking, but I've never hacked?

Recently, I have started playing ranked again since the end of the last season. I played around 8-9 matches of my placements, when I suddenly got permanently banned. At first, I thought I had said something in one of my matches that I had gotten reported for. But I've never been banned before which made me confused that Riot would permanently ban a first time offense for being toxic(which I wasn't). I also thought it was because of dodging queues because I am unfamiliar with the new ranked system and I have accidently dodged twice because I didn't lock in my champion. So I sent a ticket asking what I was banned for, and they said I was banned for using scripts, hacks, or third party programs. That made me extremely confused. If I was banned for leaving a queue or whatever, that would make more sense to me. However, I have never used a hack or script or anything of the sort in my entire life. And now I don't even know how to get my account back or prove that I wasn't hacking and I feel helpless. I also do not know where they got the idea that I was hacking in the first place. I don't use curse voice or skype or anything, so I don't even have third party programs open when I play league. I might have Spotify open for music sometimes, but that's about it. Can someone people help me? I'd really appreciate it.

EDIT: Apparently I'm dumb and I didn't look at the rest of the forum. I'm not the only one dealing with this right now.

In their latest ban wave, many people got banned for "hacking" that never did it. I assume this will be reverted and looked into. Many are on the forums in a similar situation.

if you check around their should be a post hinting at the reasoning behind this ban wave, and it makes it out to be a mistake on riots part

If you didn't actually do anything I am sure Riot will overturn it. Someone at Riot clearly made a mistake with their anti- hacking identification system and they got a lot of false positives. Don't know how their system works so I couldn't begin to tell you why you even made the list if you honestly don't do anything at all, but I am sure in the end they will straighten things out.

I have the same issue, I recently got permanently suspended for hacking or scriputing etc and i never ever hacked in my life. I also have a lot of skins which i purchased with rp and it is unfair to us that all our moneys have been wasted. Shame on riot!
