So I was banned a while ago and I still haven't been unbanned yet? When I try to create a normal game it says The following players in your lobby are banned.
You'll need to submit a ticket to Riot Games Player Support to look into your account and see if there was anything that may have occurred. Once you have the ticket created, drop me a ticket number as a reply.

Sadly submitting a ticket won't do much, had an account banned and Riot kept giving me copy and paste answers as to how I went from a 10-game chat restriction to a permaban ironically after I spent a hefty amount on RP the day before (thank goodness for chargebacks). Account also had over 600 commendations with ~100 for friendly but I'm somehow the .006% of the community. According to their new system it should've been similar to a 3-strike policy, unless behavior is waaaay out of line. Out of my 3-games used only one game I told a Darius to "f- off" after I got called the n-word and flamed for a bit, 2nd game used was me telling a Vayne to stop spamming chat trying to talk to an afk Yi evidently telling someone to shut up after asking nicely hurts feelings, and 3rd game there was nothing showing.
In short, don't expect much from support just start a new account. I just mute everyone from the beginning now and hope that people use pings, if Riot can't enforce their own policy properly no point in even trying to communicate with teammates beyond pings. Saying anything in the boards about it will get you downvoted though :/
What kind of ban was it?
I hope they dont reverse ban for brats who are toxic in game.. please RIOT keep the ban permanent..
