Ok first off, the game in rated T here in the US. Second, the rating of the game does not excuse you to ignore basic rules that riot stated. KYS in any case is encouraging self harm and is considered a zero- tolerance phrase. In fact, the word censored by "$" is most likely another zero-tolerance phrase. Judging from your reaction, you were justly banned.

It's not about people being "babies" or "sensitive". It's about fostering a healthy competative environment and you were disruptive enough to be removed from it.

It has to happen multiple times to get banned though. I think everyone has called another player something along the lines of an autistic fucktard or said kys at one point or another but the amount of times it happens is so very very rare for most of us rito for the most part ignores it (i havent in probably 2+ years rito, pls dont hurt me lol) in all seriousness though, I have never had a chat restriction or ban so it was still rare back then

Actually KYS and other words and phrases that fall under racism, homophobia, sexism, and encouragement of self harm will cause a skip straight to 14 days. Which means they have done it before and did it again for a perma. This become a rule about a year ago.

Minor offenses like flaming and harassment are ones that may be once in a blue moon, but do it enough and you start climbing punishment tiers.

Like i said, I dont ever anymore, and when I did it was 2-3 years ago when i was a bronze high schooler. I am glad they changed the rule though

He's right. I just got hit with a 14 day ban for being toxic. Mod's told me after my unban, if anything happens I will be perma banned no exceptions. So you deserved this ban if you got any form of previous punishment in the last 6 months
