What's up LoL community,

I've been permabanned and I just need other players opinions to analyze and tell me if I really deserve this permanent ban. I've had this account since 2013 and spent close to probably about $300 on it. I had 1000 ranked games this season and I ended the season with plat 2 because I was banned. I don't consider myself an overly toxic person, I understand that my tactics for shit talking isn't the greatest lol, but it's usually just video game shit talk or blunt criticism. It's nothing like "fuck u , u degenerate piece of shit". That's what I consider a scum in the community (Not to offend everyone), but like I said I'm blunt. Anyways let's get to it! I'll post my chat logs below and write a note next to it as to why I said what I said. The behavior you displayed in these chat-logs clearly warrants a ban. However, if your are coming off a 14-day then that means you already had a chance to reform and received a perma because of your behavior

This is a ton of insults and threats to AFK, neither of which is acceptable behavior.

THIS is an encouragement to self-harm, which is NEVER a joke. Riot also has a zero tolerance policy on this sort of behavior, and it earns a 14-day ban on the first offense. It will absolutely escalate an existing punishment to a permanent ban.

There are 4 punishment tiers:

  1. 10 game chat restriction
  2. 25 game chat restriction
  3. 14-day ban
  4. Permaban

Anything that can yield a punishment eventually will get someone permabanned.

Not sure of what your punishment history is like, but 'kys' (or anything that encourages other to harm themselves) can skip punishment tiers.

If you've never been punished before, this is likely the case you were close to a chat restriction and the kys just escalated the punishment up to permaban.

If you've had any other punishment before, then this will certainly escalate to permaban.

doesn't matter. you don't get a free pass neither for the age of the account or for how much you spent on it. ammount of games per season and elo also irrelevant

the harassment and toxicity in there are off the charts. not even going to bother with a quote since i'd have to quote most of it and since you don't think you're an "overly toxic person" it would be of no meaning...
