Please take a look and check my 3rd promo match and as you watch Taliyah constantly spamming xd. After that he runs down my lane and feeds my laner. He is intentionally feeding. Please do something about this. I get that its pre season but still. Also not to mention he was afk until 2 minutes. then the Jg ekko goes to my lane (Top) and intentionally runs under there tower and feeds a kill. Please riot do something about this. you DO realize that whatever rank you get to between seasons won't count, right?

Usually people are more serious in ranked games, therefore better competition. Whether during preseason or during season, I still see this.
It keeps me in tact with the LP system and the pressure of being able to be demoted. I don't screw around as much, which can transfer over to the start of a season. I did this last season and man, I was complete garbage at objectives when I did my placements.
