FALSELY BANNED FOR CHEATING WHEN I HAVE 2000$ PLUS SUNK INTO ACCOUNT

HI EVERYONE SO, i was banned on my account for cheating randomly and they say i had some sort of 3rd party program to alter my client. i have not and do not know how to download these things. just a heads up that the system riot has is completely flawed and just because there was no reported unauthorized access that i cannot get my account back. im thoroughly distraught by this and i hope this will get someones attention. i really want my account back and i did nothing wrong. please riot.... i didnt cheat. i wouldnt risk my account

You don't know how to download these things? Unless you're 80, I don't think you'll be convincing anyone that you don't know how to download a software off the internet.

It doesn't start you off well in terms of honesty when you start off trying to make people believe stuff like that.

They very rarely make mistakes, make a support ticket and they will review your ban and see if it was in error.

I don't know why the down votes. A manual review isn't something that should be down voted. If you cheated you cheated. If you didn't you didn't. A request to have riot look at it manually should be soemthing people can get behind

i have a negative win rater in silver. if i was cheating how can i be that bad. and yes they rarely make mistakes i understand that but what is a 3rd party program that is bannable. is it possible a virus on my pc caused this ?

Send in a support ticket. If that doesn't resolve the problem post the "answer" from support in a new post.
