FALSELY BANNED FOR CHEATING WHEN I HAVE 2000$ PLUS SUNK INTO ACCOUNT

HI EVERYONE SO, i was banned on my account for cheating randomly and they say i had some sort of 3rd party program to alter my client. i have not and do not know how to download these things. just a heads up that the system riot has is completely flawed and just because there was no reported unauthorized access that i cannot get my account back. im thoroughly distraught by this and i hope this will get someones attention. i really want my account back and i did nothing wrong. please riot.... i didnt cheat. i wouldnt risk my account

You don't know how to download these things? Unless you're 80, I don't think you'll be convincing anyone that you don't know how to download a software off the internet.

It doesn't start you off well in terms of honesty when you start off trying to make people believe stuff like that.

They very rarely make mistakes, make a support ticket and they will review your ban and see if it was in error.

I don't know why the down votes. A manual review isn't something that should be down voted. If you cheated you cheated. If you didn't you didn't. A request to have riot look at it manually should be soemthing people can get behind

i have a negative win rater in silver. if i was cheating how can i be that bad. and yes they rarely make mistakes i understand that but what is a 3rd party program that is bannable. is it possible a virus on my pc caused this ?

Doubt it, but not impossible. If you have anything like Voice Attack or some kind of streaming software... Anything that interfaces in some way with other applications, it might've read that as potential cheating.

A, albeit poor, explanation for a negative win rate in silver is that someone bought a silver account that had be botted to 30. Do I think this is the case? No. But there is that.

Maybe you were using a program that could be used for cheating (i.e. has bannable features and interferes with the client) without actually using them. Maybe you cheated only a few times before deciding to stop. Maybe you did consider cheating in ranked to be too unfair but did it in normals for the lulz. Maybe you cheated by only giving you a small advantage that was not enough to give you a positive win rate.

I'm sorry, but this is not exactly a bullet-proof argument.

Well, that doesnt mean u are innocent. A lot of people get banned after first use of cheating/3rd party programs. Riot uses some kind of detection system which can detect less sophisticated cheats easily. Those are usually free easily accessible cheats. Only those that people sell, that are a bit more sophisticated are hard to detect, but they get caught eventually too.

Assuming you are not cheating, send in a support ticket. You probably have a program working at the same time as your lol and it tripped a flag. If that is the case, they'll take care of it. If you're lying well they'll take care of that too.
