RESTRICTION FOR helping lower elo first-time players?

Did this just happen?-

is the sky blue elise? i would be too bro cait pput traps under the tower, when they push i will flash on and flip onto them hey cait if you let them shoot you with their guns it hurts you. if u werent aware hey cait, in order to get money on this game you have to hit minions as they die. you havent done that well this game im just trying to stay caught up with cait in the death category wow ekko, you're really good at hitting those skillshots! how do you do it? i have more kill participation than top and adc so cry all you want, reported for abuse hey guys are you afk?

I was playing Singed support, in a NORMALS match. Not meta, I'm aware, but my buddy and i were doing well bot, so who's gonna complain? Every other lane was doing alright, but we lost in the end. Throughout the entire match, however, 2 people on our team who are doing the worst begin to flame everyone. They choose the obvious person who is at fault: the singed support.

Post game, the upset people tell everyone to report me. I said nothing in all chat this entire game, but other team reports for no reason anyway. League's chat restriction system is pretty bad.

Mind you, I did indeed do more than a few of my fellow brothers in arms who were being extremely offensive with language and name calling.

Why did I get banned for this?
