Length between reports?

Will riot ever publish more information about their bans and the frequency system? Maybe I'm very clueless but how does the report system even work. It works based on frequency right? Is there a soft reset of when reports can actually lead to a ban? does the type of report matter? Just wondering if anyone happens to know any more of the black box details :D thanks!!!

Wouldn't be better to work on permanently not being reasonably reported instead of making the gap "long enough"?

hmm.. not sure what you mean about report frequency.

Are you asking about how many reports it takes for someone to be punished?

Have you checked out these FAQs yet? Http://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/sections/200382430-Behavior-Initiatives

idk, i get reported 9x everytime i play teemo mid, and the enemy jungle dives me all game, but, it's my fault for not playing from the fountain right?

99% of reports aren't even about toxicity, if someones flaming, fucking mute ad move on, like EVERY OTHER GAME IN EXISTANCE, reporting is for cheating, and people stalking you, and making ACTUAL verbal abuse.

That'd be…stupid. It sets a benchmark for trolls and people that want to cheat the system. A clear guideline that says "DON'T PASS THIS OR GET BANNED".
