i didnt use bad language. . . but 14 days ban? why? i spent 110$ on this account already for this to happen?? i need some summoner 13

You got a 14 day ban because punishment works in tiers. You trigger a punishment, you get the next one;

  • 10 game chat restriction
  • 25 game chat restriction
  • 14 day account ban
  • Permanent account ban

It typically just goes in order one step at a time, but extremely toxic behavior may escalate you multiple steps. Since this contained no hate speech or death threats etc. I assume you had a 25 game chat restriction in the last 3 months. It takes 3 months for your tier to drop 1 step.

At least one reason why this log resulted in a punishment is because threatening people with reports is harassment and not tolerated. Don't bother mentioning reports or attempting to coerce them with the reporting system. Just mute and report them and move on. The generally negativity (calling them salty etc.) isn't helping anybody either.

the system doesnt work like "is this enough for restrict/ban xx" it works like "did you break the rules too many times?" yes. "k next punishement in the tier list"

right i completely agree and understand that it works in tiers.. but what im saying is.. is this enough for that 3rd tier? ... its like okay sure first time i messed up. 2nd time i messed up. did i mess up this time? im just saying i dont think i did enough this time( not saying i wanted to )

It's not the worst but yea.. it's not pleasant... Wobbler but probably a punish..
