Why does some player do this?

  1. I was in just an normal draft and I was pretty chill didn’t really care about much, just norms so not triggering by much but right into picks and bans I pick riven as the champ I wanted to play and one of my teammate instantly banned riven and my friend’s champion while playing twisted fate jungle. Me personally don’t care about who and what they play but he rushed mobility boots and into our lane. That should be a ban right?

Banning your champs isn't against the rules (clearly it was done in a trolling fashion in your example, but there are strategic reasons to do so in general), but intentional feeding certainly is, and should be met with a ban. I hope you reported them.

"That should be a ban right?" - SHOULD. But wont be, bc in Rito's mind it is "Just a bad game."

Yeah, because the algorithm is supposed to be lenient, or half the playerbase gets banned for having a bad game once in a while. That's why you explain the situation in the banlog. As it increases the odds of an actual person looking at the log. Or at least the program to use key words you use for better context on the situation to disregard if its a bad game or not.
