Matchmaking System Fix
I think the actual core problem with the matchmaking system is this. There is no way to differentiate between a player that wants to win and progress on the ladder, and someone that isn't trying. MMR shouldn't only put players together that are of the same skill level, but it should also factor in player's performance in their selected roles, and whether they try hard and play the whole game, or afk / troll / disconnect / stop trying.
