Why else are you taking your time to reply to me? You did not even address my ACTUAL proposition, all you did was quote Riot Games and say i deserve a permanent ban because Riot said I did.
I'm taking the time to reply to you because I am trying to help you understand the system and why your behavior led to your punishment. But you don't seem to be getting it.
Explain why I am wrong. I never said trash talking was right, I only justified myself. Why permanently destroy all the progress someone has made just because they were offensive to someone triggering them while you could just permanently chat ban them ?
I DID explain why you are wrong. You are claiming that the fact that you can be muted means you can be an asshole without consequences. I am informing you that that is incorrect. Mutes and chat filters are NOT an excuse for verbal abuse. Period. Full stop.

Mine is ''why not''? They can't harm anyone if they can't use the chat, and if they decide to purposely feed, then you can proceed to permanently ban them. They could even replace the two week ban with a permanent chat ban, it would be more logical... Again, If they still find a way to make other people's days suck without using the chat, then they deserve a permanent ban. But you have to understand how bad a permanent ban is. Permanent means that even if in 10 years I become the new Nelson Mandela and I make billions and give 10 billion $ to feed poor children, theoretically, there is no way I can get my account back.

No, I was just upset I was banned and wouldn't be able to play on my account for two weeks, and I didn't go and check my email to see what message they had sent me, I just stopped caring about League of legends for two weeks after getting the pop up that closes your client when you press ''ok''.
You even say right here that you "stopped caring about League of legends". How can you contradict yourself like this so quickly and not notice it?
And when my account was unbanned, I was eager to play again, so I didn't read the message and just pressed ''I understand'' which I think is justified.
And you think wrong. Ignoring the warnings given to you is extremely irresponsible. You have nobody to blame for this but yourself.
A couple of lines at the end of a message most people don't read is not enough to warn someone about a PERMANENT ban.
Yes, actually. It most certainly is. It's not fine print hidden between the lines or anything. It's right there for you and every other 14 day suspended player to see, plain as day on the document. If "most people" don't read it, then that is entirely their problem.
I don't know how you can type this and still think you're in the right. Imagine there's a bridge out ahead on the road. There's a sign warning you about it, but you just pass it by with the mentality of "Signs. Ain't nobody got time for that!" At that point, you don't have a right to blame the road maintenance crew when you go careening into a canyon.
Analogy aside, this is the essential message. Ignoring a warning does not make you immune to that warning. Doing so is an extremely irresponsible thing to do for hopefully obvious reasons.
