Hacker got my account permanently banned

Some one has hacked my account while I was taking a break from League and managed to get my account PERMANENTLY BANNED.

So I went on an extended break from League and haven't played since end of season six. Decided recently that I wanted to get back into league. Go to log in. Couldn't log in. Go and reset pw. Still can't get in. That's strange. Get a player support ticket asking why I can't log in. (Telling the support folk I hadn't played in like 5 months) .

Get the following response. "Greetings Summoner,

Unfortunately, your account has been permanently banned after being escalated through multiple levels of punishment by our disciplinary audits.

To see the most recent games which led to this action, please log in to the client to view your reform card. While we do our best at Riot Games to encourage reform, we permanently remove players who continue to create negative experiences from our game.

This action is only taken after repeat punishments and we will not lift the suspension under any circumstance.

Please keep in mind that you are completely responsible for your account and what happens to it and any kind of account sharing is against our Terms of Use.

I am sorry if this disappoints you, but the decision is final and the suspension will not be lifted nor modified.

I go that's awfully strange, how can I get banned for not playing. Go and check match history and someone has been playing MY account for approximately a month. And managed to get me PERMANENTLY banned in that time.

Riot should be able to see my accounts behavior went crazy. My account went from a pristine report sheet for five years to banned in a month. My account went from nothing but normals for 5 years to nothing but ranked. And the champion choice changed completely as well (with the exception of Karma).

Anyone HALP! Please!

Forgot to put in my acc's name. It's Leaf4d and not the one I made this post with as I can't even log into the forums with that acc now. TT_TT

Hey there! Do you have a ticket number for your conversation with Player Support by any chance? While it is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account, I'll look into whether there is anything I can do on my end. Be advised that the chances of anything happening are slim to none, as the negative actions that occurred on your account did significantly affect a decent number of individuals.

Does sound troubling if you ask me. Thought riot might actually not lift the ban (they even said so permabans are lifted by no circumstances) i hope you can at least get justice for what happened. Maybe not restore your acc but have certain progresses like champion mastery or purchases transfered to your current one? Im just talking wishful thinking but that you lose EVERYTHING because of one otherwordly low lvl ass is unfair no matter the circumstances if you are innocent
