Can you change the way reporting / Getting banned works for the top 25%ish (gold3+)

Ok as a fairly toxic person by nature this is going to sound strange to lots of people, but in ranked I cant play ranked anymore simply because there are too many casual idiots in the higher ranks anywhere passed about gold 3 all the way into upper diamond there are boosted people and trolls everywhere and boosted people that troll and you can tell every game who it is because you're in the top 25% of player base

I understand that no toxicity is a good policy in lower divisions where noone knows anything about what they're doing, but in the top 25% of player base once you hit that the way you get reported and report others should change for the purpose of ranked queues; The reason for the latter being is that in the top 25% if someone is fkin trolling you they know what they're doing is wrong... if someone goes 0/10 on vayne in platinum its because they're trolling/afking/feeding/boosted/connectionissues its not because they're having a bad game noone has that bad of a game ok and you cant just have someone on your team who has 4 teammates begging them to group and have him afk in the top lane or afk in the jungle while his team wants to push their lead because their comp gets outscaled in elos where people know this will happen and not have people get angry and flame people

in the top 25% banning the people that flame is the polar opposite of what you should be doing you should be banning the people that actually troll or are boosted or queue with 10000 ping frequently or pick really unviable picks and say that its all for the sake of fun in a competitive game mode where they know your chance of losing sky rockets to like 20000% when they do that shit and they fkin know it.

and people can say oh if someone wants to split they should be allowed if someone wants to ignore they shouldnt be forced to do what the team wants. well no that's wrong this is a team game if your team does something even its bad if you're going to lose because of something you should at least try because not grouping and 100% guarentee'ing your team will die when you know they're doing something wrong idgaf what trick2g says is fkin toxic and its wrong this is a teammmmmmmm game. its different if you can actually make their deaths worth it, but if you know you cant get anything and you're literally just trolling screaming "gates" while they're doing baron you are a troll you should be banned this is ranked. not normals this is not where the gates are applied you need to be with your team the gates only work when its worth to go for things.

idk i could go on forever about the dumb shit people in the top even 10% of player base do that they know wont work and they know is bad and they know you'll lose if they do it and they do it anyways and dont get punished if i cant flame them or attempt to correct them ingame and i get banned for their misdeeds when i try to correct them i simply cannot grind ranked in a game where you cant actually express your concern over the imminent loss of your own lp to someone who is trolling you he doesnt get banned you lose your lp and you get punished for something he knows he's doing wrong.
