Banning From Live Chat

Banning people from live chat on your support page because a staff member thinks "you don't understand what I am saying" is a clear violation of Americans with Disabilities Act because I have illicitly stated my diagnosis with your company and the fact you are banning me is direct discrimination towards me. I highly suggest you discipline the members of your support staff, educate them on this issue, and fire those who do not comply with this. If I am not unbanned from live chat, I will contact all known support groups and notify them of the damage you have caused me psychologically. Just so you know, if the federal government saw my messages where I have stated my disability on numerous occasions, your entire company would be fined. I've reported hundreds of players for ruining my gameplay experience with this game, and your support staff does nothing about it and just says "Oh shucks, that certainly is a downer". So, DO SOMETHING OR I WILL FIX YOUR PROBLEMS MYSELF!Tryndamere

If you have a physiological disorder and you continued to play the game while accepting the TOS and you violated them, then it is at that point your own fault. Because you agreed to the rules that they have laid down. You AGREED to their rules when you hit that accept button.

Hard for us to judge if support was right to ban you without actually seeing the conversation. But if they banned you for being hostile it's not discriminatory since that decision would not be based off whatever condition you suffer from.

You've illicitly stated your diagnosis? I'm not sure what that means but sounds serious. Making threats on the player behaviour board is a weird way to go about getting what you want though.

To expand on my reply to the other commenter:

Companies are not required to bend their rules for you just because you have a disability, unless your disability a) prevents you from complying with the rules, and b) can be reasonably accommodated without any special treatment that others would not get.

Example: A company policy that a cashier will stand at the register would have to be altered to accommodate someone who was in a wheelchair, or someone who couldn't spend more than an hour on their feet at a time - by either making it wheelchair accessible, or adding a stool for rest - if it would not be an undue hardship on the company to do so.

A company does not have to provide extra service to you, nor do they have to permit you to use the service at all if you violate their rules, unless the rule violation was a direct result of your disability. I am unaware of any "stubbornness" disability that is recognized by the APA or any other major mental health organization. As such, it is wholly within Riot's right to ban you from their support service if you refuse to accept their answers when they have told you their answer is final.

Simply put, you can't just use your disability as a way to bully Riot into answering you the way you want. You get the same answer everyone else does unless your disability interferes. And in banning you from live chat, there is no way you have a disability that requires you to submit multiple (spam) live chats for the same topic after they've already told you their final and complete answer.

I will also like to point out to you that you posted a thread with some drastic claims the other day. You were asked to please provide proof of those claims - I am still concerned you feel support was rude to you and if they were, posting screenshots of the tickets/chats will help prove that. You instead, however, deleted your thread. I still welcome you posting proof of your claims of abuse if you wish to have people believe your claims.

No one gets special privileges. Regardless of your disabilities or status. Your rights don't apply here. You're not going to fix anything because you're only privileged to be here by Riot's service.
