Fuck is a rated pg13 word I used it after failing to smite a dragon however, saying EZ is in no way toxic nor does it break any of the tribunal rules, its not harrassment, vulgarity, homophobia, racism.

"GG EZ" is considered unsportsmanlike which is under the first report option.
Secondly, I don't think this is the main reason you were banned for. I doubt you would get banned for just saying fuck. I myself saying it but when I mess up a play or something small.

"gg ez" is "unsportsmanlike conduct". Think of it this way:
You're playing a chess game with your friend. He makes a bad move and as you win you just say "that was easy".
That's pretty rude at a table with a friend, so it's pretty rude in LoL, too.
It's still unsportsmanlike. You had no reason to say "ez".
Also I doubt that those two words were the only problematic words you said.
