Why almost every other region is better than NA

Because in NA, the second you say something negative to an ally, you get punished by Riot's tribunal. Players cant flourish because getting banned is a barrier to actually playing the game. If an ally is throwing a game repeatedly, I might say something. I'd do it in real life, and I'd do it in this game. Think about it. If I'm playing football and the QB literally hands the ball to the opponent, he's gonna get cut and everyone will talk shit to him. Likewise in league if my ally intentionally feeds, Imma talk shit to him. The difference here is playing in NA will get you banned, playing anywhere else won't. Stop babying the players in NA ffs.
