Bots in 3s

So, is riot not doing anything to prevent people botting to 30? Seriously the game is half ruined for me. I am only allowed to play 5's otherwise I get one to two folks with random letter names that are bots and make it so you can't even surrender. Riot can you please do something... anything?

Riot doesn't care, they like to count the bots as players and pretend the game isn't dying. Also they can sell yasuo and riven skins to the ban evaders who buy the bot accounts.
