about rewards for punishment
so i got 14 days banned,ill improve my attitude i just want to know next season my punishments will discard? and what about end season rewards? will i recieve them?

No. The season changes do not reset punishment levels.

No. The season ends soon and if you got a ban in the 3 months before the end of the season you are not eligable for season rewards. However you will be able to earn rewards next season (unless you are toxic again of course).
