will afk penalty diminish?
will it diminish (ex.10min queue to 5min queue) over being a good baby in bunch of future games?
i didn't meant to afk and losing friends ranked game but win10 just 
me over.

Yes, your status can return to normal as you continue to play without leaving games. You will get a notification when that happens.
