Please help me. (read whole thread)

After getting a 14 day ban for being very toxic (I wont lie I was) I changed my ways and after I because nice and friendly and received a lot of teamwork and friendly things. (idk what theyre called but you know what im talking about) my last game I got in a game with a karthus that intentionally fed and the worst I said was karthus stop feeding your effecting 4 other people by doing so thats selfish. He reported everyone on my team even though no one was toxic. And by getting just one report after that 14 day ban my account is permanently suspended. I know riot doesnt care about me and this isnt a thread begging to be un banned I know I shouldn't have ever been toxic. But I have a really good friend that I dont know his skype and I know he wont accept a random friend request. Im wondering if there is a way for me to get in contact with him with my old account just to tell him to friend my new one. All help is appreciated.
