Ranked reward distribution appeal

Hi, I've never used this forum but I would like to share my case with you comunity to see your point of view. I've been banned 14 days 3 weeks ago and I regret every word I said. Here you can have my chat logs which I'm ashamed of (I changed my name, my old name was mortfer, these are the highlights that riot support told me were the problem with my actitude, I would post my full chat logs but I don't have them):

Support also said that I was negative whole match. I agree with them.

I've never recieved any kind of ban in my life, and I've been playing since season 1. I've always been a positive summoner, I got this ban as my first offense, and I accept it, in fact those 14 days made me think about my actitude and now I'm on my way of getting the ultra rare honor badge. I've been pretty stressed irl lately (which is not a excuse, just to explain you why I've been negative if I have been positive for 6 years) but when I read I wouldn't recieve my season 6 rewards that I worked hard for I felt sad, the work I did for nothing.

I wanted to tell you if do you think it is fair to not get them, if I have a chance contacting riot support or maybe a rioter could speak with me here because riot support usually answers with copypast, which I understand due to the volume of the game.
