Trolls Reporting Gets You Chat Restricted Apparently

Now I'm going to admit, the other games in the chat restriction I was indeed salty, may have deserved the reports I understand that completely, although in 2/3 reports shown there were trolls in the game.One of the other ones I had a teammate trolling and act innocent as they took buffs throughout the game and then flamed me for doing bad after they stole my jungle early. The chat log I attached is from the game where 3 of the enemy team was chat spamming "%%%%%%" "Filthy %%%%%%" "Mexican %%%%%%" and other racial slurs the entire game. The Annie had a bind to spam all chat so I quickly muted her. I muted the Nocturne as well as the Nasus slightly later in the game, but I did eventually ignore them as they were behind it as well. Now after the game, the Jinx stayed behind to talk for a while and told me that all 4 of them were queued up and the Annie, Nasus, and Nocturne wanted to play on low level accounts and chat spam racial slurs for fun. If you read through my entire chat, at first I advise my team to mute them. I followed suit eventually after. After the point I ask "jinx what's your main" I'm only conversing with the enemy Jinx, and have the rest of their team ignored as I was having a genuine conversation with them. My point for this entire post is this. The 3 of them already had banned accounts for toxicity racism etc. The system, because a group of trolls reported me falsely, actually used that as a reason for a chat restriction because multiple people reported. You're saying that if I decide to queue up with 3 other people and we play games all day and just report the hell out of people on the other team, that they'll actually get punished unfairly for that? 10 game chat restriction in part because a team of people decided to hop on throwaway accounts and troll. What kind of fucked up system is that?

TLDR; Troll group of 4 on throwaway accounts who actaully got restricted for racial slurs after the game reported me and contributed to a chat restriction because they wanted to ruin someone's game.
