Can you still get rank rewards and chest and keys if you get suspended for two weeks?

rank rewards, probably. They haven't announced it yet, but if it is anything like last year, you'll be eligible if you aren't punished within 3 months of the rewards.
Hextech rewards you need around 120 games without being validly reported.
