10-Game Chat Restriction (CHAT WITH RIOT_OPTI) Justification/Explanation

To whom it may concern,

Just had a fairly lengthy conversation with Riot_Opti on the grounds of which I was restricted 10 Games chat and demoted to 0 honour level. In the game in question I went 2/15/9 I believe as a Riven top which by any standard is crazy bad and constantly was harassed by and bullied by my own team’s Jax and Zed who as well flamed the Mid Ziggs.

Not sure if the justification given by Opti is ground for punishment whatsoever, just need an external look in because it seems as I justified some of his claims, he continuously added more as if to just constantly reinforce the fact that he’s not lifting the restriction.

To quickly justify some of his claims:

1. I said “bronce 5” and “bronce” because at the time of both messages the Jax was in /all chat as evident by my /all, saying “Riven retard” and “Bronce 5/Bronce trash”
2. I don’t see how saying “Why are you mad it’s only a game” is negative by whatever works I suppose.
3. Said the cookie comment to Zed in reference to him saying “Top is shit, mid is shit” and then proceeding to ping my death timer for the next proceeding 5 minutes afterwards.
4. Opti tried using an out of context basketball anology which didn’t make sense since he said it from the perspective of the fans as if the opposing team’s fans are supposed to be cheering for their rivals?
