Honestly, don't worry about.
If you are having that much difficulty keeping your toxicity to yourself your account most likely won't make it to the end of the season.
After being escalated to a 14 day ban, the smallest infraction in the future will result in an immediate account perma-ban.

Good luck in your reformation!

Last year, Riot announced the end of ranked season rewards for 2016. In the FAQs section, Riot stated the eligibility requirements... For 2016 ranked rewards, players would have to be 3 months free from bans. So, you may or may not receive the 2017 ranked rewards if Riot ends the season earlier than 2016. (There could be significant changes for 2017)

This should be a total wake up call...

Are there any eligibility requirements for these rewards outside of ranked results?

Yes, some players are ineligible for rewards because of negative in-game behavior. This applies only to the 2016 season. Here are the details:

  • Players with bans or chat restrictions active when the season ends are ineligible for this year’s rewards.

  • Players issued a ban of seven days or more in the three months prior to the end of the season (from August 7 on) are ineligible for this year’s rewards.

  • Players banned for boosting during the 2016 season remain ineligible for rewards.

  • Players who experienced fraud-related and erroneous bans will still be eligible. All players will have another chance at future ranked season rewards

who knows.

Douglas Funnie mentioned last year's requirements as a guideline. They do have a new honor system this year, so it may change things.
