I GOT PERMABANNED FOR REPEATING WHAT SOMEONE SAID.

Here is chat log of what I said. I tried appealing with Riot but I keep getting the same automated response. Maybe this will make a difference. Idk I hope so. Maybe they can at least give me one more chance and if I screw up just once and it is something that "I" did then I will honor their decision. Thank you to all whom voted and gave me you're opinions and insights. Best of luck in season 8 summoners! Hopefully Riot lifts my ban so I can play this wonderful game with some of you and get back the account I have spent so much money and time on!

Don't use the boards. Submit a support ticket. Talk to someone from the support team about it. A human will be able to see the " "s and determine how this chat log falls in with your account standing aside from this game.

I saw someone do this, idk if it helped him. But everytime I sumbit a ticket I get the same automated response. I will try again though :/

I have only ever had to submit a ticket once. And even over Christmas I got a human response. The support team exists to help players. That is literally their only job. Support. Make sure you explain your case. Be genuine and respectful about it.

The less generic and "automated" you are about your issue, but more likely I'm sure you are to get a human response.

I'm guessing this came soon after a 2 week ban, at which point you're on thin ice.

This log isn't much, but you're still using most of it to insult one player.

Great question. So I am no innocent person here. I have been toxic in previous games. So toxic that I have went through the previous punishments. Chat-restrictions, 2 week ban, etc. But after 1 month and 22 days according to Riot, I got picked up by the automated ban system for this game. I guess if you are on you're last strike, they do not give you a warning. They just insta-perm you right away. I understand it is not good to be toxic, which is why I was doing really good for a 1 month and 22 days. Keep in mind i play 10+ games a day. So that is A LOT of games. And to be perma'd from the game I think it is unjust. Thanks for you're comment.

Well, to be fair, the warning was the 14 day ban. In each message, the last sentence makes explicitly clear that any further negative behavior risks a permanent ban.

The three lines that start your log do not bear well for you getting this lifted:

You're being negative, and harassing your teammate by calling for reports on them.

This is more harassment of the rengar, as well as low-key insults by using someone's score against them and calling them "kid"

Given that you should have been on high alert and best behavior, if this passive aggressive and combative "me against them" chat log is your best, I'm sorry to say that it's not good enough. Riot doesn't expect perfection, but they do expect you to at least make an effort to not be a jerk in game.

Uhm... The 10 CR was a warning. The 25 CR was a warning. The 14-day ban** was a warning.** The message after the 14-day ban stated explicitly that your next ban would be permanent. And yet, here you stand claiming you had no warning.

I really do not know how Riot can make it more clear that you are about to get permabanned. This was **not **"instant perma right away". You had multiple warnings, if you didn't recognise them as such, no one is to blame but yourself.

And to be perma'd from the game I think it is unjust.

It is not just this game, it is your whole past that leads up to this. Few players make it as far as a 14--day ban, that makes you very, very toxic compared to the rest. Now you keep it up - accusing of intentional feeding etc.

I really don't see the problem with the permaban here, you were told to stop flaming and you didn't.

You know you had me there, but beyond it is a reasoning. " for flaming" If you click to the next riot response he actually is counter intuitive saying so long as your not being a dick about it. If rengar hadn't been flaming like brand and he decides to report him after game it can hold value if he feels singled out for something he didn't commit. furthermore false reporting has it's consequences and lessons its value like the sheep that cried wolf. It'll just read it as a bs report, but to the rengar's report it will more lenient for feeling victimized.

chermog bellow says "you're being negative, and harassing your teammate by calling for reports on them." So I can't really say if what you posted can hold value if there's a griefing for it afterwards.

Do you think you could send me a link to his stream? Can't say I'm really high elo, but I had plat 1 mmr 70% win rate in season 6 as a kennen support I wanted to go further one tricking, but then lcs hit and he got a 20% ban rate. I'm a pokemon grand master though. I hit #1 on smogon 3k mmr a while back in 6th gen, but not vgc 2v2 it was 1 v 1 formatted. If I stream it's probably what I'll end up doing.

If we disregard the quote of a different player, you're still harassing the Rengar, as well as being rude to the Jhin. With no leniency left for your account, this could have been enough to tip the scales.

I have been there too. Repeated words that I should not have. My 14 day ban was lifted. I don't know about perma bans tho, you apparently did get banned before so I am not sure if they help you out.

But seriously, if you haven't spent a lot of money on skins, you might be banned because you're not worth it. If you spend more, they likely won't perma ban you.

You can always just stop talking in game and wait until the after match chat to get in your words.

Fill a support ticket about this nobody will be able to help you on the forums, and please stop asking for reports, it's useless as long as you report them they'll be reviewed and it will play against you in the eventuality of a punishment !

No one deserves to be permanently banned for your logs. Extended chat bans should suffice if they don't want you using their chat.
