Here is chat log of what I said. I tried appealing with Riot but I keep getting the same automated response. Maybe this will make a difference. Idk I hope so. Maybe they can at least give me one more chance and if I screw up just once and it is something that "I" did then I will honor their decision. Thank you to all whom voted and gave me you're opinions and insights. Best of luck in season 8 summoners! Hopefully Riot lifts my ban so I can play this wonderful game with some of you and get back the account I have spent so much money and time on!

Don't use the boards. Submit a support ticket. Talk to someone from the support team about it. A human will be able to see the " "s and determine how this chat log falls in with your account standing aside from this game.

Write a support ticket. Maybe they help you.

I have been there too. Repeated words that I should not have. My 14 day ban was lifted. I don't know about perma bans tho, you apparently did get banned before so I am not sure if they help you out.

Fill a support ticket about this nobody will be able to help you on the forums, and please stop asking for reports, it's useless as long as you report them they'll be reviewed and it will play against you in the eventuality of a punishment !

No one deserves to be permanently banned for your logs. Extended chat bans should suffice if they don't want you using their chat.
