So my main account, was since season 1, with huge amount of skins etc.
They didnt provide after 30 hours of ban even a single email in order to inform me about the reason. Any ideas? I open a ticket and I am waiting for more info. Some haters went to report me because im a streamer. But I dont know the reason.
Wait for the answer of the ticket, we are players, we dont know why you are banned either.
Also it's written in the ToS they can take your account away at any time without providing any reason.
Reports dont ban you they only trigger a review.
What happens when you relog the cliebt? Also, they do not send email about penalties.
They obviously banned your account for account sharing. Boosting or similar.

We don't send chat logs to email anymore. The only way they are viewed is by attempting to login and viewing them on the reform card screen.
