Im new and i had to left the game, it was some personal reason but, i have been waiting like 20 minutes for the low priority queue to end and it just goes to 5 minutes again and again? I mean its not fear that the game penalizes you if you have to leave the game? For example you are playing and something important happens wth u have to leave. I would like that if you leave the game just let another person join wtf

I've left a total of three League games ever, all due to catastrophic weather conditions suddenly developing. I've never been in low-priority queue.
The fact that you're in low-priority queue already tells me that you aren't responsibly allocating your time with regards to League. If you can't manage to stick around for games, then you'll continue to get worse and worse queue times.

Mature, responsible people ensure that when they commit to something, they only do so when they are almost certain they will not have anything more important come up during the time they commit to. If you are constantly being called away for League for real life, you either need to rethink how important League is to you, or rethink the times you're choosing to play League.
