Leaver Penalty and Low Priority q

To all players of League of Legends players that have internet problems, family issues, or other spontaneous interruptions I propose a new alternative for the horrific system of punishing leavers. My personal problem with leaving games is my internet. I have at&t and in the area where I live it disconnects randomly and frequently. Because of this I am frequently in a low priority q and I feel that Riot is going about this in the** wrong direction**. Instead of making unable to have fun playing their game because my inability to get a better internet provider Riot should give a penalty like solely losing a large amount of LP, something that you can regain. And to those who lose because of this problem get a loss of a very small amount or even none, and those who win get an insignificant amount as well. I feel** I should not** be punished by not being able to play the game you made because of my terrible internet, and I always reconnect but now the team can just surrender in 3 mins and I am immediately placed into 5 20 mins q's. This is a problem that needs to be addressed by Riot and seriously makes me pissed.

PS. i also applies to dodging q

No thanks. You are ruining games by playing with an unreliable connection. It is a problem you should be solving before you queue again. This has to be punished by not playing the game because you leaving is detrimental to other players.

IMO if anything leaverbuster needs to escalate to actual bans after a couple 20 min low priority queues because that person is clearly not getting the message.

The problem that needs to be fixed is your internet, not the system that punishes you for ruining people's games.

The only reasonable alternative I have ever heard is to just throw everyone with connection problems into their own queue but that will probably never happen.
