Toxic League Community (Hashinshin Prime Example)

Just wondering, how on earth does league preach trying to get rid of the toxicity in their video game. Then allows players like Hashinshin to stream their game and do nothing but talk trash about riot employees. He flames his own team along with the flaming the other team. He bans anybody from talking that has a opinion other than his and worst of all, he uses the word "retard" like 1000 times per stream. Can riot just ban out streamers like this? Its really making your game creators look stupid and worst of all people believe what this guy is talking about. Don't you have the ability to do IP bans? Rather than just letting people like this change there names and make new accounts none stop. #KillTheFlamers

Because Riot doesn't own Twitch. They don't have the authority to start punishing people outside of game. If they could, they would have arrested me long ago :^) now if you'll excuse me, I can see Phreak and Marc at my front door, with Tyler for some reason.

IMO if it's not in an official championship/tournament, it's up to twitch to take any necessary action. just stop watching. if you were watching a football game in a school yard and heard a bunch of bad words being thrown around (which was always normal in games and sports), you would think nothing of it. You wouldn't sue the school nor the inventor of football or provider of equipment. If you were on a stadium, but heard obscenities bein thrown around between opposing teams, or within a team but again you have to know the context and decide if it's with bad intensions, then the federation of w/e league will have to decide on punishments.

If he says those things in-game chat AND if someone report him for it, Rito will ban him.

If he says those things out-of-game and only on his stream, RIto can no more punish him for them than they can punish you for yelling obscenities in your own home. You should go file your complaint with Twitch, not Rito.

I mean, I can't stand Hashinshit... But that is why I don't watch him.

You know how he disappears from Twitch? If people don't watch his sorry ass. Lol.
