I find it very frustrating when I work really hard to rank up and in my promotionals I get a team who is to mad at each other to work together and win. Many people agree that elo hell is not a thing I completely agree but there is a hell of toxic players that refuse to work together and try and win, that is elo hell. I report these guys every time I encounter them in ranked, however I am not receiving any kind of confirmation whats so ever that this kind of behavior is punished please do something, I can stand being outplayed but I cannot stand when ranked becomes a game of luck.

I just had a game, where the jng died 3 times in 8 mins, and the enemy jng double killed bot lane 2 times; the adc and jng were insulting eachother frequently without end.

We won.

I had to defuse the situation

The way I did this was by encouraging my teammates, saying stuff like dont worry, we can win this! or *Dont worry, I believe in you" and because of that they stopped arguing, and we won.

You know that quote "Evil Triumphs when Good Men do Nothing" ? When applied to league, its "People tilt when Teammates do Nothing."

your promos will always be harder due to how match making works.

Seeing that you'll have to at least win 2 games to get into promos. They'll match you with harder enemies to gauge whether you can climb properly.

If you don't like playing in promos, get good and start carrying. People mostly listen to ones that are doing well. Instead if you are doing bad, they'll generally go "STFU you are 0/4/0, I don't want to hear it from you feeder."
