Looks to me like you were punished for spending most of your chat belittling your teammates and questioning their every play; they are your teammates and you should show them a little more respect and trust than that. While every team can use a good leader, bossing them around and insulting their judgement isn't how you lead your team to victory, it's how you make them despise you and not want to work together.

It's not just directly insulting players that's not allowed -- it's also not acceptable to be completely condescending and to have the habit of grinding every mistake your team makes into their faces while adopting an air of superiority for the entire game.
