Sorry but once an account is perma banned they will not unban it. You are more then welcome to create another account and start fresh but there is no way for you to get your old account back. You had your warnings on your old account and you ignored them even though you knew what it would lead to (permabanned). With the amount of warnings Riot gives, your punishment was fair and deserved

if have bine playing those i was just giving league a change 2 get a player since they lost a fucking shit tone! and clame they still have alot of player, when u q and see the same ppl for the next 2-3 games, and my spelling randomredneck cram it up ur lose ass :D ppl and correcting when they should of learn wht i learnt 2 stfu, but no they lost another player and yea good luck! you guys keep on losing more player! :)
