What in this is enough to warrant a chat ban let alone a 14 day suspension

I've been toxic in games before, ill be the first to admit it but I've switch to mostly all muting every game. Even then when I don't mute I only defend myself and give a couple snarky comments here and there. Nothing even remotely close enough to violate their rules. This is absolutely ridiculous and the auto banning needs to stop. A RIOTER needs to be looking at anything over a 10 game chat ban before passing on such a ludicrous punishment.

The condescending remarks would certainly contribute to a punishment and depending on any recent punishments, that could include a 14 day ban.

Chat has been a constant breeding ground of toxicity. Riot should just seriously remove chat in the game. Replace it with emotes that have pre-approved words for communication. And the ping system is good enough already.

sure some things said are a bit harsh, but nothing i'd say would be 100% 14 day punishable maybe just a chat restriction.. The league system for bans / suspensions is heavily flawed... You have 0 profane language keep in mind league has a profanity filter.... However the problem with chat logs is the offended only sees what they typed not the whole story for the rest to see..
